Do you want to work in a varied and technical role where your accuracy and flexibility make a difference? At Alleima in Söderfors, we are now looking for an operator for our finishing department. Here, you will be part of a close-knit team that ensures smooth production. Do you have experience from the industry and enjoy working practically? It is an advantage if you find it fun to tinker and screw, but it is absolutely not a requirement. We offer a work environment where you can develop both personally and professionally.

Your Role

As an operator in the finishing department at Alleima in Söderfors, you will be an important part of a team of 10 people. The work is done in a 2-shift system, but the shift pattern can change if necessary. The role is varied and involves ensuring that tasks are performed efficiently and with high quality together with your colleagues.

Your main tasks include:

• Alignment, milling, and sawing
• Forklift operation
• Handling local computer programs for reporting and material orders

We offer internal training for the specific tasks included in the role so that you gain the right knowledge to succeed in your work.

The work location is Söderfors.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a technical vocational education or equivalent practical experience from the industry. Having a forklift license is an advantage but not a requirement. You speak and write Swedish and English.

For us, your personality is important! We believe you are a flexible and meticulous person who enjoys working in a team. You have an open attitude, take initiative, and have an eye for identifying and solving problems. Independence and responsibility are qualities we value highly, as we strive to have engaged employees who contribute to the development of the business.

If you also enjoy tinkering and screwing, that is an advantage – but not a requirement for the role.
